I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
