Dr. Hanson is extremely nice and one of the best we have been to for my son's glasses. His front staff could use a touch of customer service experience. They are usually extremely short and not very approachable.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They are always friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. I knew I was getting top-of the line treatment & was even shown a you tube video on a procedure I may need for my dry eyes. It was a fantastic experience from the moment the receptionist greeted me, through the doctors exam onto the lady who helped me price out glasses. Dr. Hanson was very personable & we found out we had similar interest & he made it seem like he had all day long to chat with me which in this day & age isn't the norm unfortunately I'll always be a patient at Twin Oaks Optical as long as Dr. Hanson is there, he treated me more like an old friend as opposed to just another patient. I'm glad he decided to go back to school to become an optometrist. The rest of his staff is equally impressive & made sure I knew which would be better for me economically between glasses & contacts based on my insurance I am going to refer everyone I know here.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They dress professionally here, and the entire staff makes an effort to look their best . Their staff is very friendly. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the Doctor is. They were able to answer all my questions. I had a great experience and would recomment them to others
