Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The dr herself was very rude to me when I did not lose weight in two weeks. I was only losing one pound per week which i was fine with prior to this. Maybe my diet plan needed to be changed. She basically told me I was lying on my food journal. Very untrue. She also had the nerve to send me a bill for my final visit. She never submitted it to my insurance. So i never paid it and explained to her secretary that it was her responsibility to submit my bill not mine.
