What a brilliant and delightful person! She is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to impart her expertise to her patients and make it easy to understand.

Roberta listened to my history and asked if I had ever been tested for Celiac disease. After I said "No" she suggested that I go to my physician and ask to have the test done. Guess what happened!! I had undiagnosed and untreated Celiac disease. With my new diet I am now feeling a million times better.
