Dr. Hattaway is truly the best Chiropractor I've ever been too. After many disappointing experiences with other chiropractors, Maui Family Chiropractic changed my opinion on chiropractic methods and helped me to recover from my injuries quickly. Totally a Life Saver! Thank you!

Dr. James Hattaway spends 3 minutes per patient. I'm not making this up. It's incredible to see how he runs Maui Family Chiropractic. It's run like a factory. I tried going to him a few times. What's really incredible is that he only looks at the Xray or his notes, not my spine. He does not evaluate each patient every visit.

There is no privacy. His treatment rooms are cubicles without doors. Patients wait in rows of chairs like a classroom. These rows face the open cubicles. There is no privacy for the patient: no private conversation and no privacy during treatments. It's people like Dr. James Hattaway who give chiropractors a bad name.

One of his receptionists told me he often sees 200 patients a day. How can one chiropractor give quality care to that many people?
