I went to this chiropractor with a referral from a good friend. I was apprehensive about visiting one given the reputation that some chiropractors have. I had an ongoing "lower back" issue that had progressed over the course of a year and it had started to nearly immobilize me. When making the appointment, the office staff put me right on the phone with the doctor, which is unheard of nowadays. When I went in, Dr. Gross pinpointed the issue almost immediately and took many steps to insure I was getting the help I required, and that I was comfortable in the process. He also told me how to take care of the pain at home, step by step. With some recovery, the pain has not returned since. I am so grateful that I visited Dr. Gross and will return to him with any future ailments.
