It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.

Dr. Turner and his staff are fabulous! I was always terrified of chiropractors because my problems are with my neck and do not want anyone popping my neck. I have been going to Dr Turner for 2 years and he has never once popped my neck or any part of my body. He uses other technology to get me back to feeling 100%. If you are looking for a chiropractor that goes the extra mile this is the dr for you.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
