They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They always remember me personally and Dr. Battmer is always willing to answer any questions I have. He will take as much time as you need, I never feel rushed in our out. He is very concerned about your over all health.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
