A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
