Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I am not really impressed. The process of diagnosing the problem took a long time because the Dr. doesn't work everyday and was on vacation. There is no Dr. on call so I could not refill my pain meds for several days. I was in a lot of pain and had no one to call. The staff is uninformed about simple things like calling in a med. I had to insist they call the pharmacy to find out they in fact could call in vicodin instead of making me drive 50 min. to pick up a script. I already knew this since I have had other surgeries before. I had to wait 2 weeks to find out the results of a test. When I was trying to preauthorize my bone scan the office could not supply the proper information to my insurance to see if the procedure was covered. My insurance specifically wanted the code for the procedure but they didn't know it.
In summary, I believe Dr. Aldrich to be compent but there office lacks updated qualified staff. They are too laid back and uninformed for me.
