They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. He could have caused death to my children on at least three occasions. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt until I made the choice that even if he was the only doctor available (and it is obvious why), I would not take my children to him ever again, period. He shouldn't even be called a doctor.

I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my child's best interest at heart. They have a good reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
