The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
