I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
