Not at all! I was able to schedule my surgery at my own convenience

Absolutely! They gave me some to look at before I even asked

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, and they don't make an effort to even try
Do the nurses and staff seem to enjoy working for this cosmetic surgeon?
Not at all. It was obvious they hated their jobs
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Yes, it was almost unbearable
