Dr. Jackson was prompt, engaging, reassuring and made me feel comfortable about the upcoming surgery. I wanted experience and credentials. He has both.

I would not refer any family or friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They were snide, arrogant and impatient. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to anything I had to say. I felt very rushed. They barely spent five minutes with me and all but ignored me while telling me what was wrong with me and writing it down. They diagnosed my problem incorrectly within the first two minutes of the visit. Every time I interacted with staff, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all and almost seemed evasive. Not only did they not offer a remedy for my condition, I had to go somewhere else to get help.
