I met Dr. Herring several years ago for breast consultation. I was extremely impressed with his honesty for what I needed. He could have easily 'sold me' on a lift and fill, but suggested a fill only for a more natural look. The surgery went well and the after care was above and beyond. Later I developed scar tissue which Dr. Herring thoroughly explained and the scar tissue was removed. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and has a great bedside manner. As far as his Staff goes, I could not have picked a better group of knowledgeable, friendly, and fun group.

Dr. Herring is very informative on the procedure and expectations of recovery. The whole Staff is friendly and warm. If there is ever a concern Dr. Herring and Staff are there to explain and help in any way they can. I was nervous when I came in for my surgery but they kept comforting me and helped my anxiety by making me laugh. The procedure went quick with no problems and my recovery went well. Dr. Herring and Staff are remarkable people!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The one nurse who helped me was more interested in my husband and flirting with him than focusing on me, the patient. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I had a breast augmentation to a C Cup, but my boobs look like a grandmas now, I was only 28 at the time of my surgery. Why on earth would I want breasts like a grandmother?? What the hell? And my abdominoplasty scar is hideous, it looks like a second grader sewed me up. I was given NO compression garment, NOR was it ever talked about by him, or his staff. I'm pretty sure I woke up during surgery, I remember feeling the breast implants being shoved in but was quickly sedated. I don't like the results and have to get surgery again to fix it. the breasts, and the abdominal. I will never go there again. I'm at one year post surgery and I just don't like the results. I should have done my research on him and asked for pictures of surgery he has ACTUALY performed on patients, not pictures they have borrowed from other doctors. DONT use this office!!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated that they didn't schedule my procedures all on the same day, and spread them out over the course of a few weeks. That way, my surgeries didn't take as long, and my risk for complications was reduced. I felt like they really cared about my safety and well-being. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
