Bruce Bulkin is incompetent! When he saw my toe almost vertical after bunion surgery he made NO effort to splnt it into place. He merely sent me to physical therapy. the therapist was shocked and didn't know what to do. My lifestyle has been seriously damaged by Bulkin's incompetence. By the time I received help the healing had proceeded. Do not go near this incompetent DPM. He even operated on the wrong foot of another patient. A report was filed with the Podiatry Association.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.

They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness. Dr. Bulkin is very nice and professional as well as extremely knowledgable about his field.

My health has been ruined by the bad surgery and worse - NO follow up care. Now I have a big toe that does not touch the ground. It makes me unstable while walking .... Run away form the greedy fellow. He should never have operated unnecessarliy except to make money. He's incompetent! I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

A co-worker recommended Bruce Bulkin to me. She had a bunion surgery by him and told me he is an excellent surgeon, recommended by her primary doctor as the best. I had been having pain in the ball of my foot, which affected my ability to perform well at work due to the fact I am on my feet constantly. I had been to another Podiatrist, who told me surgery was the only answer to my problem. Luckily my co-worker directed me to Dr. Bulkin. He spent a lot of time with me explaining what the problem was and reassured me that surgery was not necessary. He trimmed away a huge callous, gave me some tips on taking care of my feet and I walked out of his office pain free for the first time in months. It wasn't a huge surgical problem after all. Thank you Dr. Bulkin.
