Gummis are good for you


Here's some sweet news for those with a sweet tooth.

A new study suggests that chewing Gummi bears made with the natural sweetener xylitol might promote healthy teeth.

Snacking on just four of the treats three times a day for six weeks resulted in a much lower count of streptococcus mutans, a known cause of tooth decay, according to researchers at the University of Washington.
