Naturally good: guava

Commonly referred to as a cross between a pear and a strawberry, guava is a vitamin-rich fruit packed full of goodness. Guava has a higher concentration of vitamin C than oranges and one guava contains 5 grams of fiber. The tropical fruit also contains a large amount of lycopene, an anti-oxidant that fights prostate cancer, and as much potassium as a medium banana.
