In November 2007, I completed my first marathon on my 50th birthday.\nIf I can do it you can too!\nI trained with the <url removed> schedule starting in July 07.\nMy initial goal was 4 hours, but I was very proud of 4 hours 38 minutes.\nI have no plans at present to do it again, but I have learned to never say never. Best of luck to all of you who aspire to this great achievement!

I've run two half marathons, and now it's time to go for the whole enchilada. I expect to complete it in about four hours. That sounds nuts ... running ... for four hours ... without stopping. What am I thinking?\n\nI'm thinking about crossing that finish line.
