He is a leading authority in the fields of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disorder (GERD), Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and Non Cardiac Chest Pain. David Gutman, M.D., F.A.C.G. is on the faculty at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Winthrop University Hospital. He was trained at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and the Presbyterian-University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia. He has practiced on Long Island since 1988.
