Dr. Franklin is a very skilled, up-to-date and thorough. He is a very attentive doctor. He really cares about his patients and I have been amazed at his devotion to their care--even when hospitalized. It is rare today to see a doctor show such compassion and concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Franklin.
