Located in on the beautiful campus of Hawthorne Ridge in East Greenbush, Eddy Alzheimer’s Center at Hawthorne Ridge is a unique residential community for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory loss. Its convenient location adjacent to the East Greenbush Library and YMCA offers innovative opportunities for recreational and social activities.

Specially designed for safety and independence, the center’s flexible schedules allow residents to continue lifelong patterns and preferences. Country kitchens are open and accessible to encourage socialization, while interior corridors and outdoor garden pathways are continuous loops to engage residents.

The center’s staff share both their experience and expertise through education and support services for family members, care partners and health professionals. A resource center offers educational programs, support groups, family forums, professional conferences and workshops, and a lending library for caregivers and professionals.
