The Meadows of Holly Ridge Assisted Living Facility in nestled between Wilmington and Jacksonville with a country setting including front porch rocking, horse shoes, immediate access to the Town Park, beach and local Dr. offices and shopping. Our services include but are not limited to laundry, housekeeping, transportation, food services and a full time Activities Program designed to accommodate all residents. Our 40 bed facility has a well trained consistent staff who covers 24 hour per day 7 days per week.
