Dallastown Nursing Center is a 30-bed skilled nursing facility located in Dallastown, PA. We also provide: Intermediate care, Hospice care, Respite care, and care for those with Alzheimer's and related dementias. Registered Nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are proud to offer the highest ratio of Certified Nursing staff to resident, in the area.
