Chatham Acres offer an abundance of charming porches and patios for reading or contemplating. Our 15 acres were originally deeded by William Penn to his daughter for a summer residence.
Most rooms are private, with windows overlooking the grounds, and can be decorated to suit individual needs and tastes. Our residents also enjoy spacious dining rooms, lounges, sunrooms, reading rooms, game rooms, and more all in a “country resort” environment.
Our goal at Chatham Acres is to provide our residents with opportunities to be engaged and fulfilled. We take care of the little things to make sure our residents feel safe and well cared for at all times. Our professional staff is firmly committed to treating each of our residents with respect and dignity and we look forward to your loved one becoming part of our family.
