With the help of a physical therapist the bedrooms and bathrooms were designed to accommodate the needs of residents with very limited mobility

Magnolia is a Level 3 Adult Foster Care Home located in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Home in Southwest Portland, Oregon. We provide care for up to 5 residents in a home like setting. The overall goal of our adult foster care home is to maintain the residents’ highest level of independence while allowing them to live in an environment that feels like home.Magnolia is dedicated to providing compassionate care for their residents.
