Heritage Place

Heritage Place is licensed for twelve non-ambulatory residents and is wheelchair accessible. We offer single and double rooms. At Heritage Place, there is a communal setting, in which our residents can have the privacy and comfort they would in their own home, while at their leisure enjoy the company of the caregivers and other residents in the common areas.

At Heritage Place, we are committed to providing the finest level of care because we aim to treat our residents like family. As our residents make their home with us, we pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate their increasing needs.
