We are located in Toledo, Ohio near Westfield Shopping Town just off I-475. Our home is 2800 square feet situated on a spacious lot. It has a large living room, large dinning room, and large family room in addition to 6 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It is filled with warm, soft colors and is designed with a calm and peaceful atmosphere in mind. That’s why when you step inside our doors you’ll say “This is the closest thing to home.”

Please think of us as an extension of your family. We understand the apprehension of placing your loved one in a skilled nursing facility when they only need supervision or assistance. We are committed to and trained in providing personal care assistance. We provide assistance as needed with self-medication, personal care, and the other activities of daily living. Our goal is to keep your loved one as healthy and as independent as possible.

We serve 3 home cooked meals and snacks daily. There is no additional charge for laundry service. Activities, exercises, and excursions that suit the interests and abilities of our residents are available. We encourage home health care providers to provide services in our home.
