As your health coach, I have the rewarding and complicated job of helping you practice a form of preventative and naturalistic medicine. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you while demonstrating the skills necessary to succeed.
Whether you’re “healthy” or possess some form of illness, health coaching can help you transform your health for the better and get rid of some of the health problems we’ve accepted as normal. I offer both three month and 6 month individual or group coaching programs both in person or long distance on skype.
With most of my clients I recommend a 6 month program with 2 sessions a month. Though some clients require more or less, 12 sessions typically give the client and myself the time and depth to analysis and create lasting change. These sessions are very personalized to the needs of the client, but typically they follow some of the following principles.
