Sometimes the challenges of life put obstacles in the way of the life that we desire. I will be there to help you overcome these obstacles. I believe in providing a safe place to find support and hope when things become too overwhelming to handle alone. By providing an open, non-judgmental environment, I would be honored to work with you, individually, or with your family to help you grow in strength and hope believing all things are possible. "There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in." ~Cohen. I graduated with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and have my BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University. These programs have taught me how to help individuals and families in different capacities to work towards the life they want. I offer a collaborative approach when working with clients to find a unique therapy approach. I have experience working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family relationships, sexual assault, sexual abuse, coping with illness, grief and loss, motivational help, personality disorders, marital difficulties, personal growth, stress and premarital counseling.
