For recent onset or chronic pain, we treat via joint mobilization for spine and extremities, soft tissue mobilization and massage (muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia), trigger point dry needling (TDN), cupping, Graston, strength and endurance training, and neuromuscular re-education and ergonomics training. All done in a positive and uplifting environment.
