I provide effective, professional, and empathic counseling services to individuals in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. I am available to support you through your difficult times and will work with you to direct your treatment and recovery. I have four years of community mental health experience and post-graduate education which has assisted me in developing techniques to assist client in coping with a wide range of concerns, from daily stress to severe and chronic mental illness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief Counselor (GC-C). I have completed training in EMDR, a highly effective trauma treatment. I have received training in HeartMath biofeedback tools which can aid in anxiety management. I offer free 20 minute phone screenings to discuss your current concerns and treatment options. Counseling services are offered at a flat rate of $65.00 per session. I accept Cigna, Tricare, United, Rocky Mountain Health Plan, and Compsych insurance coverage.
