I went to office on Myrtle Av in Ridgewood in feb 2014. Office was in the back room of an eyeglass store. Boxes all around. Dr was pleasant but informed me that he did not have any equipment in the office as it was new. He looked at my daughter's foot, and told me to make an appt at the Brooklyn office. That was not convenient for me and I left. Received a bill from his billing office for an examination and scrapping. I made the appt thru ZocDoc and complained to them. Not listed on his rating. I sincerely hope that his office is up and fully functioning by now.
