RE Bipap machine...Head of Billing Kept misreading my policy's benefits w BCBS & argued w me for dozens of hours, even after I got clarifications from BCBS. Finally, weeks later, did read MY policy, agreed I was right, never apologized for wasting So Much of my time, even after head honcho got involved, so I refused to pay her $100 co-pay, but they still keep robocalling me to order more supplies from them!
