Very unhappy w/ Dr. Luang and staff. Recep put block on insurance that i had to have removed b/c i would purchase contacts/ glasses from them. Was told upfront, after i throughly went thru prices that i would only pay $20 copay. At the end, i was told, rudely, b/c i wouldn't purchase contacts from them (prices too high, go to another office) that i had to pay another $80 for contact fitting. that i was that would be billed to my insurance. Staff very rude, i had three papers shoved in my face when i said i would not be purchases contacts/ glasses from them that day. i was asked multiple times "if i understood". Very belittling on their end. My contacts were thrown on the desk and i was lectured three times about buying contacts with them that day. I had to ask for my glasses presription and was given that rudely as well. I was not able to get my contact prescription, b/c i didn't purchase contacts from them but i did have eye exam there. The trial pair of contacts i have, one eye is blurry. After i told doctor that was blurry as well. It was not fixed. Very unhappy with service, and i am very unhappy with having to pay an extra $80 out of pocket that was supposed to be billed to insurance. I would like to be reimbursed from them. They are very unethical and unprofessional.
