Our Personal Trainers / Fitness Trainers will provide the absolute best in personal fitness training in the convenience and luxury of your own home, office or at our studio location in Redmond, WA. Hire one of our certified Personal Trainers to help you reach your fitness goals faster and safer!
Private, couples, and small group fitness training available. We provide all necessary equipment for your fitness training sessions and we also incorporate Yoga and Pilates exercises when designing a routine that is completely customized to you or your group.
Our Fitness Trainers are employees, not contractors and are fully certified, licensed, and insured. The minimum requirements that our Fitness Instructors have is at least 5 years Personal Training experience; at least one current national Personal Training certification; First Aid and CPR certified, and a regular attendee of Continuing Education Courses (CEC’s).
