Services His clinical knowledge has spanned the gamut of chiropractic health services from the Palmer Technique ( Meric-Recoil), Gonstead, Sacro-Occipital technique, Pettibon Bio-Mechanical, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Cranio-sacral, Woggan-Scoliosis Correction (C.L.E.A.R.) to Chronic Pain Management and Hypnosis techniques employed at U.C.L.A.’s Pain Center.
Dr. Mays has participated in and employed ancient American Indian healing practices as well as Ericksonian and Kappasinian hypnotherapy to effect astounding changes in so-called dis-ease processes.
While he continues to maintain a state of the art chiropractic practice employing mechanical adjusting instruments for effective subluxation (bone out of place) reduction, he also enjoys his Hypnotherapy practice where he specializes in Pain Management, Anxiety, Fears and Phobias, Goal Attainment and Habit Control.
Dr. Mays works with his wife Terri, clinical practitioner in E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Together, they practice as Mays Chiropractic and Hypnotherapy in Lodi California.
