I hurt my hip in my mid-forties and almost resorted to surgery in order to repair a torn labrum that caused me great pain in my hip when I walked. I was athletic throughout my life but my injury resulted in my inability to run and I could not walk without excruciating pain in my hip. After unsuccessfully going through physical therapy sessions at a large chain and after consulting with 3 well-respected orthopedic doctors, I was referred to NovaCare. Josh was very attentive and skilled in tailoring my sessions to help me not only walk without pain but return to running in triathlons and 5k races. Six years later and at the age of 51, I am still participating in triathlons and running in 5k races thanks to Josh's care and meticulous attention to detail.
