I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They're able to answer simple questions over the phone. It was easy to schedule an appt for my son right away. Dr. Troiania was thoughtful, thorough and considerate of me and of my 7 year old, who was of course somewhat anxious. During testing he worked well with my son. (my only criticism would be they went for a long time without offering a break except for bathroom, so working for so long without stopping to run around / decompress may have affected his performance on later tests). The test review was excellent. Dr. Troianai was thorough, knowledgeable, and able to communicate well on my level as another trained psychologist and also on my husband's level as a foreign national with no knowledge of neuropsychological concepts. When comparing him to others I have seen working in the same filed, he is among the best I have seen.
