Dr Roberts does not secure her patients files under lock and key. While I was waiting in her treatment room I clearly overheard a contractor performing work in the office above state that he had full access to her office and all the other offices in the building and he would be giving the plumber who would be accessing pipes in Dr Roberts office a key. She explained her limited office hours and told the contractor that she had patient files and to have the plumber leave his business card. She asked for the contractor's card and said she needed them because she has to list everyone who had access to her patient files on a form. The next morning I realized I'd given her all my personal information, including my social security number and medical history, but I had not signed a HIPAA patient privacy form. I'd only seen her twice and she didn't return my call to address my concerns. Then I realized that the new assistant who began working on the day of my first appointment had no experience or training as required by HIPAA and she also had access to my personal information and protected health information. Dr Roberts is flying fast and loose and is out of compliance with the AFA, HIPAA and the office management requirements of the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Every one of her patients should be alerted to their vulnerability to identity theft and exposure of their protected health information.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
