They are always very considerate and professional.They would never suggest that I buy something that was not necessary, and never pressure me. I did not feel any numbness after my visit but did experience a definite reduction in the pain and discomfort I had felt while driving to the office. My questions are always answered thoroughly and with good analogies. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule, I always get the appointment time I want. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I have visited other chiropractors but none as personable or thorough as Dr. Okamoto and his staff.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Okamoto is very kind and professional. He knew exactly what the goal was and how to accomplish it. I had no headaches for a whole year after my therapy with him. Thank you.
