I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make and one time I literally walked in on crutches and when I walked out, I forgot and left my crutches there and had to go back for them. No kidding! I was able to relax very easily and the office staff made me feel completely at home. I recommend Dr. Pritchett's office very highly!
