Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

I found the office serene and the office staff wonderful. Beatrice is the sweetest receptionist I have had the pleasure of knowing. Dominique actually interviewed me first and gathered all of my info. Only after I had given all the information did Dr; Loy come to talk to me. I felt very cared for and educated when he was done. All he asked for was a commitment for my optimal health. I was nervous about the cost but I have not regretted one cent. I was in so much pain when I went in there. Now I am free from pain. I feel better. I sleep better. I have lost weight and my stress level is so down. I wish everyone in my family would go. I did get my friend to go and I am waiting for her miracle. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me They were always very considerate and professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
