Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I came in with frozen rotator cuffs with extreme pain and lack of mobility in my shoulders. Within 4 months Dr. Michals helped to relieve the pain and I have my mobility back. I met with him 3 times a week and the pain lessened after each visit. He was very professional and educational, explaining how to lead a more healthy lifestyle. He is very upbeat and thorough. I highly recommend him.
