They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Patrick Brock, D.C. talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. Patrick Brock, D.C. definitely cares about their patients. Patrick Brock, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Patrick Brock, D.C. was absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners! Patrick Brock, D.C. offers the best pricing I've ever seen!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
