My initial reaction to my first ever adjustment at the age of 33 was amazing. I am a construction worker/ex-athlete. Before my visit to the Gracey clinic I had numbness in my hands, constant pain in my neck and throughout my back and hips as well as my knees and ankles. Frequent back spasms, headaches, dizziness and blurry vision. Having taken Advil or Tylenol every day for about ten years I assumed that's how I would live the rest of my life. I had my neck and back adjusted in multiple places on two visits. I was fortunate to have done this when I did. All the symptoms I listed above are virtually gone. I still have minor aches and pains, but Mr. Gracey was extremely helpful and informative. I was told that his goal is "To make sure you come back here as little as possible." How often do you hear anyone say that?? I've taken my two young daughters in there as well. Their symptoms were far less severe then mine, but the results were the same. If you're in pain and want a better quality of life and don't want to feel like your being swindled out of your hard earned dollars, this place is great. I have moved out of the Mesa area, but still commute an hour one way to get any back/neck soreness fixed.
