The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

The office was easy enough to find. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
