Rebecca Mohning is not a helpful professional, because she pushes her own dietary eating plan, and she seems to care most about what will make her the most money. I set up an appointment for my mom, and she was only provided with diet plans that were from a company that Rebecca has a partnership with. Rebecca's own selfish motives were put first, instead of the needs of my mom, which made the options very limited.
When my mother was hesitant about the plan, Rebecca lost interest and did not seem to care much more about my mom's needs for the rest of the appointment. Furthermore, after the appointment, Rebecca did not even follow through with the diet plan that was paid for. When I emailed Rebecca, she did not respond to my email.
Rebecca's web site is not consistent. Her prices are confusing and contradictory. The fact is, Rebecca has earned this negative feedback through her poor service and unwillingness to do what was paid for and agreed to. I recommend finding someone else, as my mother did. There are a lot of great nutritionists, dieticians, and personal trainers in the Northern Virginia area, and my mom is very happy with the person she now sees!
Rebecca Mohning seems to care most about what will make her the most money and be the easiest, rather than the needs of her patients. With my mom, she definitely put her commercial plan first, and then did not even follow through with the service she was supposed to be providing, which was a full diet plan. If she would treat my mom like that, she would probably do the same thing to others who don't want to use her personally-motivated options.
I recommend finding someone else, who will focus a plan on the foods to eat instead of a commercial system. That's what my mom has now, and it's working!
