I have worked with several of the therapists at The Jackson Clinic in Old Town. They are a caring knowledgeable group who have provided good education regarding a home program for me now that I am discharged. I highly recommend this friendly professional group of therapists.

I visited the Jackson Clinic at Old Town today. I was not pleased with my visit. I did not find the staff to be friendly but they were businesslike. The physical therapist seemed qualified but passed me off to an assistant who had multiple people at the same time. This was my first appointment so I was not familiar with the exercises. She told me what to do and then walked away to her other client. I was not given very specific instructions and I was not watched to see if I was doing the exercises correctly. She came back and gave me instruction on six different exercises. I was trying hard to memorize all her instructions before she walked away but again felt like I may have been doing the exercises incorrectly. While she was with me, she would call to the client across the room to tell him he was doing something wrong. She didn't know his name so she kept yelling, hey. It is a minor complaint but I didn't fell the facility was very clean. I didn't enjoy laying on the floor looking up at a ceiling that was all stained. I have decided to check out other facilities.
